The property used to be very nice, but it has been left to die. I ordered an Accessable room. When we parked the car and the cement pad to enter the facility was broken. I have to use a walker to get around, and I had some problems just getting into the building. One we got into the building, the room was right there, once we got into the room we were looking around and there was a cobweb from floor to ceiling by the window. That was enough to check back out. I think the place could be a nice place again, but it's just going to take some tender loving care.

This hotel is in dire need of repair and renovation. In fact, it looks abandoned from the outside. The hallways and rooms, specifically the bathrooms, were not clean. The restaurant and bar were closed, but that was not noted on the website. I would have immediately checked out of the hotel if the other hotels in the area were not sold out.

I apologize that you did not have a great stay. We are currently under remodeling. The restaurant is closed. Due to this we were offering a complimentary breakfast buffet for all of our guests this weekend. On days through the week are offering grab n go bags. I hope that in the future once everything has been completed that you give us another chance.

We didn’t even stay. Other people that stayed the night before told us the rooms were not nice and there was no breakfast and the bar was closed so we drove to the campground we have our camper at. What a disappointment.

There is an indoor pool, it was definitely unique, however it was too cold to swim in it. The outside of the hotel definitely looks abandoned. Inside is partially renovated. We had usb ports in our room. The cleaning staff needs some attention. The bathroom floor/ shower was dirty. Other areas around the room had been wiped but left smear marks on things. I wish I had read other reviews on this property, they are accurate.

20 people were lined up waiting half an hour for someone to show up to check us in. Maintenance man found her washing towels. One lady from St. Louis, taking her daughter home from a hospital stay for heart surgery in Boston, requested handicapped acomodations and left after being told they didn't have any. Breakfast was a joke. This place should be shut down until they have staff to support reopening.
