Villa Janis - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

If you’re dreaming of a relaxing Menorcan escape, Villa Janis will be sure to tick all of the boxes. Set in a fantastic location, Villa Janis is just a fifteen-minute walk from the charming marina of Cala'n Bosch. Filled with so many local restaurants and bars, you'll be spoilt for choice. Walk a little further and you'll come to the beautiful white sand beach, a great spot for building sandcastles and snorkeling. If you don't feel like exploring, don’t worry as Villa Janis is the ideal place for relaxation. 
Villa Janis is a Menorcan gem, built with stucco white walls, terracotta roof tiles and curved arches. The interiors are a beautiful contrast to the traditional Menorcan style, with light wooden furnishings, fresh white walls and contemporary décor throughout. The open-plan living space is bright and spacious, with a cosy country-chic style kitchen attached, which is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. The beautiful spiral staircase leads you to the large upstairs double bedroom, whilst two twin rooms are on the ground floor. 
The outdoors is just as quaint and charming as the interiors, with a secluded patio terrace area kissed by the warm Spanish sun. The kidney-sized swimming pool takes centre stage, with easy access bound to tempt you on a hot Menorcan day. There are many sun loungers poolside to top up the tan, or unwind on the comfy garden furniture as the sun glistens above. Nothing beats the summer kitchen, featuring a sink and brick barbecue for cooking some Spanish delicacies in the warm Mediterranean air. With two outdoor dining areas, have dinner in the shaded veranda or under the stars by the pool.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide alongside 1 step, there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. There are 2 steps to get to the outside area. One step from the lounge to the seating area, and one step from the seating area to the poolside. The ground-floor bedroom/bathroom doors are 69cm wide. The door into the lounge is 104cm wide, whilst the kitchen door is 87cm wide.
