Villa Can Biel by Escape Home

The villa is located about 500 metres from the beach and has a capacity for 9 people.

The property is distributed as follows:

Upper floor: It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Large and spacious kitchen, very well equipped with a ceramic hob and direct access to the outside and the dining room. Living room with TV and Wifi, 2 bathrooms with showers.

Ground floor, with access from the outside. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, another kitchen with a ceramic hob, but without the equipment of the main kitchen. Entrance with sofa and dining table. Laundry room with washing machine and drying area.

Exterior: Covered BBQ area, large and pleasant, located next to the pool. Solarium with sun loungers and kidney-shaped pool. Outdoor shower next to the pool. Covered parking area for 3 cars.

All bedrooms have fans.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. EscapeHome will require a mandatory deposit of €150 per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded upon departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum of five days.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
