Be prepared, the hotel doesn’t have a designated parking garage, you have to go out to the street to get into the parking garage. You do have to pay to park in the garage next to the hotel, which was unexpected. I ended up paying $75 for 2 days. While this wasn’t a huge deal, it was an unexpected expense for the trip. The location was perfect walking distance from downtown events. Just a couple of blocks from the Aronoff center and downtown Christmas market. The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed the room did not have a fridge or microwave. The staff were kind and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Parking was interesting. No valet when we pulled up. Sat and waited awhile and gave up. Self parked in parking garage next door. No elevators were working. Hotel was older with poor lighting on ground floor as you enter the building. Room was ok for the price. Ice machine was plugged in but didn’t work on the 15th floor.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The only issue was that this was the weirdest check-in I've ever experienced. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and the entrance looks like you're going into the wrong building. A sign on the actual door would be very helpful! There is a sign once you go inside to let you know to go to the 2nd floor, but its not visible from the street. Signs in the parking garage as to which side the hotel is near would be helpful too.

Hotel itself was excellent- transformed from a former office building into a quiet and roomy hotel. I would recommend using valet parking on next visit. We chose to self-park and it was a long walk up a couple of flights to the parking area. Staff very friendly and hotel was spotless.

I did a quick one night trip to see a concert. This is a really cool old hotel with gorgeous first floor, which has been preserved and is a must see. The lobby to the hotel is actually on the second floor and once you’re on the second floor, there are actually two hotels. Be sure to look for the signs. It’s a little confusing but not a major issue; it’s just something you usually don’t see in a hotel. Another thing you usually don’t see in a hotel is NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE. This is my one complaint with this hotel. I think it’s ridiculous to not have a mini refrigerator in your hotel room. The room was clean, bathroom was clean with a spacious shower and large vanity. Staff at both check in and check out were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a valet parking service but you don’t need one. There’s a public parking garage next door and one across the street; there are also several other public parking garages a block or two away if you’re traveling light and don’t mind walking with your luggage. The hotel is within walking distance to the Great American Ball Park and Heritage Bank Center. That’s all I can comment on because it was such a short stay. I would stay at this hotel again. I booked through Hotels.com and got an excellent rate.

Parking is terrible it’s supposed to be included in rent but they charged me extra for two night and always wait 30 minutes when you need your car or park your car. You can’t see your car yourself I won’t recommend their parking lot, if you have car go somewhere else you will find better hotel including free parking.

We had a very good stay. Staff was excellent especially Patrick at guest check in. The. valet guys were great as well. Location is good for seeing many sites! Definitely park in the across the street parking garage not the one attached to the hotel. It’s nicer, cheaper, and has working elevators. We would stay here again.

The staff at every part was friendly and helpful. There were staff at the breakfast who were friendly. The room was huge and clean. We were in walking distance of most Cincinatti attractions and a short cheap uber to others. All in all, we will return here next season for another Begals game
