Great vacation
The house was exactly as presented online. It was loaded with snacks and fruits. The location is within walking distance from at least two grocery stores, several restaurants and a small park, and the area was quiet at night. Quick access to a freeway made it easy to reach the beaches and the zoo in less than 20 minutes. The communication with the host was very efficient, with the messages answered within minutes. The host arranged for everything we needed for our 2-years old. The beach equipment was a great plus, especially the sand toys. We enjoyed the enclosed backyard lawn and a grill area, which provided security for the baby. We spent evenings relaxing on the patio under a lit canopy. Overall we had great time.

Great property and location!!
Very nice house. Looks just like the photos. The house is fairly clean for the most part but could use a deep cleaning. The first few days, we had an ant problem in the kitchen but Norma addressed it immediately and had an exterminator sent. As far as amentities, the host ensures guests have everything they need to be comfortable, even providing snacks and a nice bottle of wine. Norma is a top-notch host. She is very responsive and accomodating to guests with special needs. She allowed us to check-in early and was flexible when I needed to change the dates of my trip last minute due to a death in my family. The location is great! Very walkable and only a 15 minute drive to San Diego. Everything you need is closeby and very accessible. I would definitely book again.

Great Place to Stay for a San Diego Vacation
Very clean house. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Great backyard. Close to 2 Walmarts. Even though the house is on a main road, the noise level was not bad. The host is super nice and helpful.

California Graduation Trip
My family and I enjoyed our stay in San Diego. We loved Chula Vista. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard after a long day of sightseeing. The home was stocked with snacks, drinks, coffee, and fruit. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home.

Perfect stay
Literally the only two flaws I found was that we had to lift the handle on one of the toilets to stop it from running, and the house had a little road noise, but neither would stop me from coming back. I’d recommend bringing a sound machine if you’re staying in either bedroom that face the street, or leaving the tv on. From check in to check out, this house was perfection and exactly as shown. We even had snacks, wine, and fruit at check in. It was so wonderful, I’d definitely recommend this house to any groups or families looking for a place to stay. The backyard even had fun games to play and enjoy the wonderful space! Beds were comfy, everything was perfectly clean. Communication was perfect as well.

Nice home
This was a nice, clean home. The owner left us snacks and produce to eat which was very generous and you can tell they try to make their home a nice place to be. The only couple of issues we had with the home is that it's located on a busy street which wasn't ideal with small kids. The other thing is that when it rained hard the rain would leak into the windows in a few rooms. The owner did say they have someone coming out to fix the window leaks so hopefully that won't be an issue in the future. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Beautiful house
This property was amazing!!! The only problem we had was because of all the rain there were leaks the last day. These were in windows in the bedrooms and the dining area. The owner assured me she’s getting them fixed though. Over all it’s an adorable place and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Chula Vista Adventure
This is probably the most fully “ Loaded” rental we’ve experienced . The owners supplied us with fresh fruit, a wine bottle, coffee, waters and sodas . The house is newly renovated , with beautiful decor. We mostly chose it though for the backyard -nice outdoor space . We enjoyed Chula Vista’s downtown farmers market, coffee shops, and the SD wildlife refuge. A heads up, it does get fairly noisy at night if you are sleeping in any of the bedrooms facing the street. All in all, we were happy with this rental.
