Incredible view

Great property! Awesome layout with LOTS of room. Excellent kitchen and spectacular views including sunset views. A short drive to Cane bay - a small, quiet and very local beach free from the usual tourist crowds with a couple nice little local bars with great food. Uncommonly peaceful location. Only downsides were the TV system was difficult to figure out - but we just spent more time outside enjoying the views - and we couldn't find any beach chairs to use locally. If you want a peaceful location with incredible views away from the tourist hoopla this is it!

Could not have been any better

Definitely giving this place a five star. Nanci, the host could not have been any more helpful and gracious. The house was immaculate. Everything clean the views were to die for. We enjoyed the pool and even played some chess in the library. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the island.

Vacation With Friends

We had 6 couples in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and deck area was everyone’s favorite, The views of the ocean was fantastic. The property manager Nancy was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive.

Incredible vacation getaway

We stayed at this home for a friendship reunion for a group of 12 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Each couple had their own room and bathroom with beautiful views. With endless places to hang out, it was the perfect place to come back to after a day of adventuring. We especially loved the bar room by the pool and the many balconies. The kitchen was well equipped to cook large breakfasts and dinners. It was truly paradise and we couldn’t recommend it more!

Family Fun

Beautiful home with an amazing view, ideal location between Frederiksted and Christiansted, quiet and safe area. Owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and kitchen was huge! Pool was perfect for kids and adults.

My family and I spent the week over Christmas in paradise. The house and location were gorgeous! Located in a safe area of the island. Quick access to everything. Only critique, host should provide more bath towels for each bathroom. Pool towels need to be replaced and more would be helpful. With a family of 11, the towels were being washed every day (not what I want to do on vacation).

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The home was beautiful and accurately described. The kitchen, which was well appointed, was a great gathering place for our large family. Rooms were large, clean and most beds slept well. The amenities wifi, ac, dishwasher, grill, washer/dryer worked as expected, especially the backup generator! We were caught in hurricaine Ernesto and our host, Nancy was fantastic! She was in constant communication and helped us extend our stay when our flights were cancelled.

Miss it already!

We just came back from the most fantastic trip in St. Croix! This house was absolutely amazing and Nancy was the best host we’ve ever had! She was so nice and so responsive to anything we needed, including suggestions for things to do during our stay. The house itself was stunning. Oh those kitchen views! We saw the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony every night. We swam in the warm pool often and slept peacefully on the comfortable beds at night. The house was stocked nicely, even with a large selection of board games that kept us entertained on rainy nights. One of my favorite things about the house were the peacocks. I saw the blue one in the pictures. He was actually there! So cute! The house was amazing though with beautiful gardens, in a quiet location, and very well kept. I would love to stay here again! Thank you Nancy!

St. Croix vacation

My wife and I spent the past 10 nights in St. Croix at the Prosperity Point home. The home is as beautiful as the listing shows. If you seek privacy, quiet, and world class views, this home is the one for you. The home is expansive, beautiful inside and out, and well built. It sits high above the sea on a dead end, quiet gated street that affords you safety, security and privacy. The homeowners will stay in constant communication with you to ensure your stay is top-notch. We experienced zero issues and would stay in this home again, without a doubt. The pool area and patios are glorious. The kitchen and den are beautiful and high-class. All bedrooms are wonderfully appointed. The living room and dining room are beautiful. You owe it to yourselves to enjoy this beautiful home, and all that the island has to offer.

The property is as beautiful as the pictures indicate. It is a grand home, built on a magnificent site. It came with most things our family of 5 adults and 2 small grandchildren could want. When small issues came up, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. If your idea of a vacation is to bask in the sun and relax and "let go," you'd be hard-pressed to beat this.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

Had an amazing time with our adult kids and their significant others and our best friends. Every bedroom was awesome. It was great that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The shared spaces were amazing. Pool and balconies were so nice. Location gave us the peace and privacy that we wanted yet the closeness to beaches and fun activities.

Christmas in St Croix

Had a great time. Love the location and the view. The house is great for a big group. We had 11 people. The pool and open space is great. Good for group gathering but still everyone had their private bedroom.

Gorgeous view

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy a family vacation. The huge house has gorgeous views everywhere. Large rooms well furnished…everything you need in paradise. Fantastic kitchen, wonderful bedrooms and baths, amazing pool overlooking the Caribbean. The outside patios and balconies are large and the best part of the home. Pictures don’t do the place justice. True paradise.

Family Getaway in Paradise

This trip was our Christmas gift to our family instead of "stuff"! Staying at Prosperity Pointe was the perfect layout for us - we all had our own beautiful private rooms, and the gourmet kitchen and large dining table (but mostly the pool and patio) was where we gathered for meals, games, and hanging out! We cooked and ate most meals at the house, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Nancy, the owner, was very responsive when we had questions.

Amazing property

Beautiful St Croix Oasis

My family (6 adults, 6 kids ranging in ages from 3-9) absolutely LOVED our stay. Nancy and her team were incredible. The house accommodated us all so well. The pool was perfect and filled with everything you’d need. The views were beautiful, the house clean & well appointed. Minutes drive from many beaches. It was the best place for our family to come together. We would recommend this home 10 times out of 10 and hope to be back!
