I liked the location, it is a few blocks away from the city center, but walkable, about 20 minutes away. The house has all the amenities one would need and was very spacious. I'd recommend covering the outside tub so it doesn't get full of shrubs and insects and is easier to clean before using, giving the shower a better scrub on the walls near the floor and changing the towels, because some of them are a bit worn. The rest of the property is quirky and decorated with antiques, which makes it interesting if one is into such artifacts.
