The hotel is beautiful! The guest staff were wonderful! The cleaning staff lacked good work & coming when we had asked for towels. Yesterday we asked our trash, glasses, & towels be changed. We even put everything together by the door for them. We were gone for 4hrs. we came back they never came. The front desk made them come up. It was clean room mostly but it lacked areas that they need to clean more. like the edges of the sinks & corners. It was a comfortable quiet stay. Beautiful hotel. I’d come back.

It is my favorite hotel. The staff is so friendly. I love the hot tub, coffee shop, and restaurant/tavern areas. Don’t miss this place

They assigned us a room on the 5th floor with the elevator out of commission. We had to walk through the kitchen to the service elevator. Our shower didn’t have soap in the dispenser and they never did fill it over our 3 days. Front desk worker CJ was amazing and so helpful. Everyone else acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be there.

The staff were incredibly kind, observant and helpful. The room was very clean. Shower tiles could use some maintenance, but they were clean. The Three Owls restaurant/bar was excellent, although severely understaffed. But those working were very nice, and the food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely be returning, and I will recommend to friends and family.

The woman at the front desk remembered my name after.meeting me one time the day before a young man came up to iur room to help with our tv. He was very polite and gracious.

Room had not been vacuumed when we arrived. The room was not restocked of cups and creamer. Neither trash bin was emptied the entire stay. Not the attention to detail that was expected at a Hyatt property.

Everything was really good about our stay. Staff, service, food and room were awesome. The 25.00 “destination fee” tacked on at checkout outside of the Expedia payment leaves a bad taste. Not much transparency in what you are paying thru Expedia.

Great spa service, ghost tour was fun and informative, rooms were clean and comfy. Drinks in the tavern were fantastic. Outdoor hot tub in snow was awesome *open til midnight!

The staff. Had wonderful thoughtful service once I entered the hotel. Ross was the first who helped and was very helpful in my checking process. Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. Just as thoughtful, personable put customer first mentality sweet person ever. A good representative for you Hotel. Then the next day I stayed Shay totally the same Ora about her, very helpful as well. Wonderful wonderful staff.

I walk with a cane and our room was 453which was far from elevator, which was small and hard to get very many people in our luggage Jon not to mention the stairs to get anywhere were unbelievable. They need to mention what not handicap, friendly
