The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a very nice room and hotel. The only drawback was that it was loud. The doors close loudly. Also you can hear all the people walking around upstairs which made it hard for my dog to relax and sleep.

It is not the safest place to stay, especially for a single woman, but I had no choice. It was late and the last hotel there that would take pets. I will say the staff was more than friendly.!

We booked this room after driving because they advertise a pool, however there is no pool, false advertising. The room heater is incredibly loud, there is no weatherstrip on the exterior door which allows cold and noise into the room. It was a dismal stay to say the least.

Staff was GREAT!!! The real bad part was yellow towels and toilet paper. Pretty disgusting. We had an issue with the TV but the staff corrected it quickly and were wonderful.

Had dog barking in room next to us until after midnight. Clerk said dog belonged to employee. Clerk refused to do anything about it until I called three times. Complained to manager next day, he just stood and looked at me. Will not stay there again!
