This was a fabulous stay! The room was perfect, the breakfast buffet was delicious and every employee was wonderful! We were doing the OOAK Show at the Merchandiser Mart and this location was amazing! Took the sky bridge across every day and it was a life saver in the cold snowy weather!

Loved that I got room immediately in a short decision due to Amtrak delays lingered. 1 mile from train station so Taxi was only $11. Our was on topmost floor so super quiet. Great views. Loved the amenities inside the room...and the water filtration machine next to hallway ice machine! Need to say we felt like royalty 👑!

The room was nice. And the hotel is beautiful. The only complaints I have is that some of our towels and bedding had stains on them and that our wifi never connected and our tv kept loosing signal. Other than those minute things, I would definitely stay here again.

Booked a room for my girl birthday and she loved it. Check in was easy my whole stay I was greeted from staff and had housekeeping my entire time I was there very much appreciated. Clean room very comfortable bed. There is a mini fridge in room but no microwave. However there is a microwave on tha 15th floor in the lil gift store which is accessible until late night. Didn't get into heated pool but it looked clean. Tha fitness center had plenty of workout equipment which was a plus. They have a buffet for breakfast that's 26$ smelled good but I just ate leftovers from tha night before haha. There is a restaurant that has nice views of tha city and a bar seating as well. Bartenders were amazing. A lot of shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance as well. Will be back thanks Voco.
