Our hotel room was clean. The mattress was in bad condition. We had a very hard time sleeping on it. We had bad back problems when we woke up! The housekeeping women are friendly and they really make the rooms clean and tend to our needs.e.g. clean towels etc. Problems w/t.v not working most of the time. Not having hot water on and off daily. Front desk people are not sometimes helpful and can't understand english.Not friendly and can't tend to customers needs.They have problems communicating! t.v.
