I read online that it was a very quiet hotel, but I actually found it noisy. We had some confusion with our Expedia booking. The hotel had to call Expedia to clarify that we had a room but everything worked out. The breakfast served on each floor was nice and very convenient. There were three of us in the room but we had to keep asking staff for one bathrobe and then the next day more towels because they had cleaned the room and only left two towels. Our view was of a brick wall. The location was good and the staff responded quickly when we asked for a third bathrobe and towel.
