Very unprofessional lady at front desk, look at me establishing eye contact at my arrival,,, I said hello just to be ignored because she was doing something apparently more important than replying to me. After about a minute with out even looking up to me she says “ ok what’s your last name? I could go on and on about the miss treatment at this place. But I just never going back there..

The hotel has a lot of potential. It's a really cool hotel, but it needs a lot of work. It was definitely not as clean as it should be. There was barely any staff. The pool was filthy. Our shower had soap scum and black mold in it. Over all the kids had a good time and I would love to go back if they upped there standards.

Not happy

The hotel from lobby to room smelled of old cigarettes. The air conditioning did not work , was hot all night . We picked this hotel because of the in room massage which come to find out they stopped offering it 2 years prior . But it was on their website. The staff was very disconcered with our issues. Was our first and last time we stay there.

Old dingy hotel. If you like dark and dingy places go there. Even was charged $30 to use the pool.

good hotel BUT......

Pros: in room food, room, pool/hotub, atmosphere
Cons: The outside looks really outdated.
Location: Dave and Busters, Medieval Times
Ok...so this was my first time at Indian Lake Resort. I took my girlfriend of 5 years for our anniversary. We really did like the hotel...except for a few things. For one the floor we stayed on was floor 3. Right when we walked up the stairs(because 2 out of 4 elevators were operational) the floor smelled like absolute sewage. It was honestly unbearable. Thankfully, our room didn't smell of it. But to be sure I used one of the shower towls to plug up the doorway. We ordered breakfast in bed our first morning, even though it took numerous calls including one to the front desk when we got the food it was amazing. Second and last morning we ordered or tired ordering...I called room service for over an hour and ended up going to the front desk to place my order. But again..once we got it it was amazing. Pool was good, hot tub was good, bathrooms were really clean. Overall I just think they need more staff. There was also weird flooding coming from HVAC/plumbing equipment by the parking like really close to the cars.

Nice Hotel but housekeeping are thieves

Pros: The area was nice
Cons: the shower curtains were stained the housekeepers are theives
I stayed 9/19/2015-9/20/15...The hotel was great however we left 2 necklaces at the hotel on a bed that we did not use so it was still made up( we had 2 beds), the towel covered the necklaces. we notice that he did not have the necklaces after we left the hotel and called in , the housekeeping manager was not there I could not leave a message on his voice mail it rung for 5 minutes. I called back and they took a message. I called again 9/21/15 the housekeeping manager said it would look into and call back it was 2 hours later so my BF went in and ask about to our "surprise" neither housekeeper seen and they lied and said I said it was in between the sheets how when the bed is still made up?????? How can they miss chains that are on top of a bed. We filled out a claim lets see where this gets up. Oh and the manager has no concern at all. I will never stay here again or recommend as they do not have a good honesty system which is important to me.
