The hotel overall was a comfortable place to stay. The breakfasts were good, the staff was wonderful, especially the front desk which were very helpful, and we were happy to meet Lynette on one of the afternoons we were there. The only thing to report would be the cooling system in the room. During the mornings and afternoons that we were there, it appeared it could not keep up with the heat. The room was uncomfortably warm and muggy during those times. Other than that, our stay was satisfactory and we do plan on coming back to Chicago and staying at your hotel.
