The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking... Once I checked in with my cash key awards I was told I had to also pay a refundable $50 deposit in case anything get damaged or destroyed... I was unaware of that didn't see that when I reserved the room

After driving 13 hours straight, I waited at the check in desk for about 15 min with no help. We were late to a dinner because of this. Woken up to a domestic dispute at 5 am on our floor. Dirty, stinky rooms. Everything gross & broken. Our dogs both got sick from drinking the water. We’ve stayed with extended stay probably 7 different times … this was the worst experience. We never come here with high expectations but think was shocking.
