I stayed here for three days, and it was a terrible experience. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and it got clogged on the second day. When I reported it to the front desk, they just handed me a plunger. There were always older people sitting near the front desk, constantly trying to engage with everyone, which felt uncomfortable. I also requested room service for the second day, but no one ever showed up. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of weed. There were several other issues as well, but I don’t even want to mention them. I’ve never felt the need to complain about a hotel before, but this stay was truly disappointing.

I know the hotel can’t control people but someone was definitely smoking in a room near or above us. The bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room had a strange odor. The floor needed sweeping, it wasn’t bad but I could see a some debris that was missed.The staff was good& everything else clean.

The positive was the staff is very nice and helpful. There were several negatives. The room did not have a microwave and it took them close to 14-16 hours to have one provided. The room itself was dirty and had a bug investation. I haven't had an issue staying at this location with either issue until this last visit. I'm very disapointed.

Low quality for the price

Had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in, even though there wete no other guests waiting. This property is very dirty, stains on the room carpet, elevator floors were sticky and walls need painting.
