The hotel is very nice and the room was very spacious and well set up. A couple of things that stuck out. Two elevators makes the wait pretty long. Two bartenders/food order staff is pretty thin on a Saturday night. Also a little more information on the parking situation there would have been helpful.

Disney land lines for elevators and breakfast. Had to take stairs 5 flights to get too and from room. 2 elevators broken. Our room smelled but the line at front desk was too long to go change it. Hotel was grossly unprepared for a traditionally busy time of year making for an unpleasant experience for everyone.

Room clean. Hotel staff great One of the busiest weekends of the year and they were down to 2 elevators. That’s was hard all weekend. Pool overly crowded no fault of the hotel but unruly children screaming on the top of their Lu gs made it hard to stay in the pool area. Yes parents were with them but seemed oblivious. Breakfast great Overall hotel is nice. Would choose a different weekend next time

Only issue with embassy suites is the way their managers reception has gone down hill. Used to be what I looked forward to. Appreciate the free drinks, but the snack selection has gone down hill. Still always my first choice, but sometimes the extra cost has to be justified thanks to the breakfast! Still the best

The room was very spacious and clean! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the bartender and Phillip. Excellent service and walking distance toward most attractions and a gorgeous view of the city. I will definitely be booking again!
