The hotel was great! Clean and spacious and I would stay there again. (Not in the same room but i would stay in the same hotel.) However, we were placed on the 40th floor in the only room on that floor with the elevator directly behind the bed. Every time the elevator moved, we heard loud mechanical noises coming straight through the wall behind our heads. The hotel was aware of this issue and still chose to place us in that room. When I finally complained around 11:00 pm, they offered to move us. By that time, I thought they were working on fixing the issue and hoped it would stop, so we stayed. Unfortunately, it didn’t, and we didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

The room was very clean, everything was prepared for arrival. Only issue that was found dealt with the coffee machine, which was minor. Someone left old pods in the brewing part of the machine, which caused a jam.

The room you get is not the room pictured. Paid for the upgraded room but got a small room. They said it is facing the river so it is upgraded even though the room is the same size. Also you need to turn the heat on yourself. It will not be on when you get the room.
