Great Hotel, but no Hot Water

It was a nice hotel. No hot water for the shower(or maybe i just didn't know how to turn it on, there didn't seem to be a hot water heater), but it was relatively quiet and a very good price. They even provided two bottles of water every day. The surrounding area wasn't great, it was a bit of a walk to city center.
