I tried adding my husband's name to Expedia for check in and it wouldn't let me. After an 8 hour drive her got to the hotel with the moving truck 30 minutes before me and they wouldn't allow him to check in. I am also a Hilton member so quite upset about this.

Location, cleanliness, and the room matched what i expected. The only issue was the pillows could have been a bit more firmer. The down in them, although soft, was to soft and kept sinking the more you laid on it. The support was very weak and you had to fold it in half to get what you were looking for. Also, while I appreciate your recognition of Diamond level clients, 4 HC parking spaces isn't enough, if you're also going to include EV parking, Id reduce the number of Diamond spaces. You need at least 5 if not 6 HC parking spaces. You should know your clientele in that the majority of them are up in age and it's more courteous and thoughtful to cater to the disabled / elderly than it is to provide perks to those who spend more money. Jmo
