This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is located in South Park in an inviting, friendly neighborhood.

Port In The Storm

We needed a local place to stay during home repairs and this home was perfect for us and our dogs. In addition, Helene came through while we were there and we lost power for the day. Danielle, the property manager, was SO thoughtful and stayed on top of the power company for updates and brought us lighting for when it was dark. The house is large, comfortable and well appointed. The dogs loved the fenced yard with plenty of deer and squirrel to chase. Thank you William for having us and your thoughfulness!

Home away from Home

Lovely 4 bedroom home in quiet family neighborhood. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. There was an air fryer and Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods were provided as well. The bedrooms all had memory foam mattresses which were very comfortable. Backyard is private and fenced in. Conveniently located with easy access to all areas of Charlotte. Thank you for providing a home away from home for our family reunion.

This was one the the most amazing stays ever. The area was Amazing the home was amazing and the host was outstanding. Beautiful weather and location for a family gathering in Charlotte.

The house is beautifully situated in a pretty neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants. The airport is close, and this older home is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Unwelcoming

This house had very little to make you feel welcomed. No instructions on operation of tv, heat and a/c, fireplace. Stains on towels and bedding. Have to wash before leaving although you pay a cleaning fee. No soap, shampoo in bathrooms. Dollar store quality kitchen utensils, pots and pans. If you are going to offer your home, make it a home away from home. Location was great.

Kitchen set up was barely sufficient. Little to no cookware, minimal pots and pans, no blender as advertised. While it was Fall the leaves could have been blown off the front walk and back porch for our arrival. Would have helped 1st impressions.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable

We greatly enjoyed staying at William's house in Charlotte. The location is excellent - convenient to Uptown Charlotte and Matthews, in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and greenspace. Check-in and communication were both quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!
