We enjoyed our stay here at the Doubletree. I was in town for the weekend celebrating my bday. The staff was very friendly, easy check in. The rooms were very big, nice and clean! The hotel is in a great location right next door to the mall and several restaurants in the area. Also another plus for me was FREE parking! I would definitely recommend this location!

The hotel is nice and has a cozy feel. The room was very clean, although dated. However, you can beat the beds. They are super comfy. As for the staff, the gentleman who checked me in felt bothered and not happy to be there. I also felt the rest of the staff was somewhat cold and dismissive. The only genuinely friendly member of the staff was the waitress serving breakfast.

I had an amazing stay. We were there for a family member’s funeral. Double Tree is always my go too hotel. My goodness, the cookies. Amazing. The staff in reception were absolutely incredible. I didn’t have breakfast there, it is not complementary, however that was fine and expected. I do however, try to dine in for dinner, and was told by the bar tender on site that there was 1 chef and it would take him a long time to accommodate us. We opted out and went elsewhere for dinner. Other than that, the stay was amazing. The balcony was lovely, clear view of South Park mall! Walking distance from just about everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Dark and Dirty Room which had no view , found a bug and brought it down to the front desk . Requested a refund for the night which was denied. Broken hairdryer, which was not replaced for hours, even after 3 requests, had to go to the event we traveled for with dirty hair. Front desk staff was friendly.
