This was a great, cozy location just minutes away from everywhere I needed to go while in Charlotte. Hosts are the BEST and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Off-street parking in the enclosed yard was a big, big plus! I absolutely loved the sun room and spent mornings and evenings there. My son decided to travel with me at the last minute and there was ample room for both of us with the two huge beds in the very spacious bedroom. I subtracted one star for a few details that became awkward during our one week stay:Bathroom:1. Showerhead was improperly and inadequately mounted making it impossible to use except by holding it in one hand, which made it difficult to use 2 hands for washing.2. Bathroom floor felt unstable, maybe needing some subflooring to shore it up. 3. Toilet also felt unstable, leaning into the floor. The flushing/water pressure was weak requiring multiple flushes and plunging.4. There was nowhere to put toiletries, toothbrush etc. I moved one of the small bedside tables into the bathroom beside the sink for the week. One of those over-the-toilet shelving units might be an option to create a little storage space. Also a couple of hooks in the bathroom to supplement the small towel bar.Lighting:1. Lighting was quirky. Consider putting labels on the wall switches indicating which room/area they light. It took us a few days to figure it out.2. Please add bedside lamps for late night reading.

Location is great. House is on a tilty foundation. Not at all sure how it sleeps five! “Cozy” is code for “little rough around the edges but we put plastic plants around, so what more would you want?”

Wonderful location! Amazing pizza (I'm talking slices that are bigger than your head, need two plates for a slice) in walking distance. Along with so many other restaurants, breweries and shops.

Could tell it was only spot cleaned as there were dust bunnies on the WiFi router and various other furniture. Water in Keurig clearly had been there for a while, as was the dirt on the refrigerator handle. Laundry room dirty, with washer machine still broken from months ago on another review. Stairs leading up to place very loose and visibly breaking down.

The Host would get 5 stars, he was prompt and ready to handle the situation. The place was lacking cleaning, from base boards to walls and filters. There was an open bag of Ice in the freezer, and a dirty rag behind the bathroom door. Trash in the kitchen sink and food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. The bathroom sink was leaking as well. Beautiful sunroom that couldn’t be used because it had an overwhelming smell of weed and cigarette smoke. I will say after complaining to the host, he got on it and sent a cleaner and plumber out immediately. Great location and very close to NoDa!
Dust accumulation had been there for a long time without being changed or cleaned.
Understand that sometimes you have to move things, add a little patchwork and fresh paint.
Mirror was very nasty and streaky.
There was debris in the kitchen sink.

Stayed one night and enjoyed the proximity to downtown Noda. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. They provided coffee which was nice as well. The only hiccup I had was there was only a tiny bit of TP left to use so luckily it was just me alone on this visit as I didn't need much. All in all a very nice place and would highly recommend.

The host was great in accommodating our needs but the restroom was extremely dirty. I had to go to Walmart to replace the shower liner because the previous one was filthy. Other than that, the stay was pretty good! The house looks exactly as pictured and beds were very cozy!

10/10 stay! Lovely safe, walkable neighborhood in the heart of NODA, with easy private parking at the home, 2 smart TV's, and all the amenities you need for a great trip!Host was was impressively responsive, and ensured all need were met in a timely manor, and went above and beyond with accomodations too.Clean (duplex) house, and while on the smaller size, was bigger than expected, nicely decorated, with a spacious bed (and a second one for guests) and an enclosed porch. Freezer doesn't have an ice maker, but no biggie, and everything worked well and was quiet. Overall wonderful experience!!

This apartment is in the PERFECT location in NoDa!! It is less than 1/2 mile from the Neighborhood Theatre and SO CLOSE to many restaurants and bars. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this VRBO to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in the NoDa area of Charlotte for many reasons but the biggest one is:location, location, location!!

Stayed here to see a show at the neighborhood theater. It was within perfect walking distance, less than half a mile, and had plenty of restaurant options around. The house itself was clean and provided clean linens and towels. I noticed there was not toilet paper when we checked in, but the hosts responded immediately and arrived within minutes to drop some off. Overall a great experience. Such a cute place to stay for a night.

The place was so beautiful! Me and my fiancée would definitely stay again when in this area. So many things to do not far from the property, Ubers didn’t cost much either. Erik the host was quick to always get back with us, definitely a recommendation :)
