One elevator close to our room was broken, ice machines did not work. Hallway carpet ripped at seams. Our first room the AC in the bedroom did not work. Livingroom cushions not on sofa, carpet looked like cleaning did not vacuum. Staff was very helpful; they put us in another room which was fine although still far from the only working elevator. There are no real options for breakfast only paid Starbucks and the coffee is pricey even for that. They are undergoing summer renovations but during our day, the elevator also stopped working so that was fun checking out walking bags down the stairs. It’s aging property, but it looks like they’re catching it in time to renovate, but I don’t think I’ll stay again.

This hotel needs work. Our room was ok but the mattresses were not great. No little speciality items like makeup remover or lotions. The elevator was also broke. The check in n out people were nice.

CONS: Rooms have a moldy stuffy smell. Bring frebreeze spray and a plug in. Hotel is close to the major highway which is loud and able to be heard inside the room. PROS: close to food options and shopping. Refrig and microwave on the room.
