Adequate for the price. I had to move the coffee maker to the bathroom to use it! NO CHAIR IN ROOM! Very in-convenient!

The property location was great next to the highway. The surrounding area not. The staff was pleasant. Since there were few guests I expected more service not less. No wash clothes, dirty towels, no cups. No coffee or hot chocolate for travelers when checked in. Work with what you have but do it great that's all.

I do apologize for your less than pleasant stay at our facility. Unfortunate for us the truck was on an extended holiday schedule which affected our breakfast supplies. I will share your comments with my staff so that they will improve

We checked in to a dirty room. Front desk did help us with a clean room. Fridge didn’t work. Morning breakfast nothing was filled it was all empty. No milk no butter no food!! Very disappointed. Do not recommend for 80.00a night

Can’t believe they charge for this.

Horrible experience. Room itself may be considered ok, the hotel is in dire need of regular maintenance. Old and not pleasing. Staff at front desk was ok

Not in the greatest side of town. A motorcycle gang was staying there reving their engines all hours of the night. The room itself wasn't too bad. Tv screen was too bright/light and couldn't be adjusted by the remote.

Disappointing

Sorry to say this is the first time I've been unhappy with a Travelocity booking. Floor was dirty, ottoman dirty, mirror cracked, beer bottles in bathroom trash, bottom of door damaged. Thankfully it was only a one night stay.

Newly remodeled

Pros: Room looked nice.
Cons: Our AC unit was very smelly - smelled like mildew (probably because of the humid climate.)
Location: the location was convenient to the Interstate.
The hotel is newly remodeled, but there are many details not done. Elevator doesn't work. Stairs aren't clearly marked. Hotel staff were helpful, if you could wait long enough (check-in process was slow.) Breakfast was VERY disappointing, we actually went out instead of "fighting the crowd" - the room was VERY small.

From bad to worse!

Sketchy neighborhood; hotel rep could not find our reservation when we arrived; room smelled like urine; bathroom sink smelled like body oder; furniture torn & smelled. Made the best of a bad situation. Truly surprised Travelocity carried this listing. Wouldn't ever recommend, or stay there again.

A very nice hotel close to all points of interest

Pros: The awesome and amazing staff !!!
Location: Beach is close by , shopping centers, Yorktown also not far from Naval base !!
This was our 3rd stay at the Charleston Grand and anytime we go or are close this is and will always be our first choice place to stay .. Our stay was and is always very enjoyable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they are a big reason why I chose this hotel.
