After a long flight, this hotel was peaceful, perfectly located within the airport terminal and as a bonus, the breakfast was superb! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It’s more expensive than our usual budget but worth every dollar.

We were unable to access the hotel after a 17 hour flight and were told we could only go there if we were flying out of Singapore. We tried to cancel and get a refund of prepaid money but they refused. Very upset and misleading. The booking should have said for outbound flighs only.

It was adequate for a night stay. Super small accommodations but this hotel is meant to be for transients, not extended stays. Very small rooms but fine for one night. It is located at the Jewel in Changi so there are plenty of shops but it is about a 15-20 minute walk to Terminal 2.
