Good location but i would go elsewhere next time
I stayed after a 14 hr trip from London so wanted an airport hotel on the assumption that id be v tired. Ive been to Yotels before and been to the one on Orchard Road Singapore previously so i decided to give this a go I found the facility to be more limited than the Orchard Rd one. Couldnt store bags, wanted to charge me extra for an early checkin (only 1hr) which i found just plain wrong. It really put me off Staff were nice, but i just found this experience clouded my entire stay Its in the Jewel T1 Changi so excellent location

When we checked in with a confirmed reservation and paid we were told there was no room available, and had to wait about 25 minutes, all this after midnight. Very disappointing. No manager present.

Room had a strong musty smell as a result of poor ventilation. Sink also had a leak. The room itself was also incredibly small - just a small amount of extra walkway would help by the bed. Couldn’t imagine sharing the room with someone else. Not particularly good value for money - I’d probably prefer the transit hotels airside or just pay for a taxi for a cheaper hotel room next time.

Small room but got the job done Room was very cute and clean Easy check in process, I do recommend asking about checking in early since check-in time isn’t until 6pm. We were able to check-in at 4:30pm. We only stayed 1 night since we had an 14-hour layover

Although it was a bit of a walk from the terminal, it was very convenient to stay within the airport. The hotel can be accessed through link bridges and translator for the most part.
