The Property is right in the mall so you have easy access to everything, it's also about a 5-10 min walk to any terminal which was also very nice. The rooms were small but pretty easy to navigate through despite the size and the bed was comfortable as it was adjustable. I would recommend anyone whose traveling solo, even with a significant other to try this property out .

what you'd expect from a airport hotel I guess. Extremely small with only basic stuff. If you have large bags for a family this hotel may not be for you. One room is ideal for a single person single night stay.

I spent just 12 hours in YOTELAIR for my transit. It was terrible experience, it was expensive and the room was uncomfortable. The bed was squeaky, the bathroom drains were clogged, the room was dirty

Located within the Jewel shopping mall, which is a significant tourist attraction itself, due to its impressive design, this hotel is also directly connected to Terminal 1 of Singapore airport. If you need a transit stay without the need to explore Singapore at all, but absolutely every convenience possible within metres, you have found your hotel. It's a super compact hotel room, which still has all facilities except a personal refrigerator, but ironing board, yes, hairdryer, yes, shampoo, etc, is all there, and completely clean and modern in every detail. Several discreet public areas cover what isn't there, with free 24 coffee makers, vending machines, massage chairs - it really is super convenient. The bed reclines which is a very nice feature for those who watch TV or read before sleep, and helped with the fact that I am very tall - I can't risk a capsule hotel, but this was fine. For such a compact room in a hotel without five-star facilities (though connected to the mall you really have much more), you might think the price is a little high, but if you have the above needs, you really can't go past this mini-Jewel of a stay. Everything in Singapore is expensive, and here, you certainly get what you paid for. I'm very glad I discovered this most practical of options.

Good location

Great for the airport night before stays No breakfast included anymore but free hot drinks Aircon did not go down cool enough and made the room feel quite stuffy No charging ports on one side of the bed. Feels like a few updates needed and you get less for your money now but otherwise still a good option as the location is great.

Not very easy to find in airport area. On level 4 not airport 4. By the big garden waterfall area. Quick walk through jewel to terminal 3 Room tiny. Ok for quick overnite stay. Clean Lots of nice eating places in arcade. Free tea and coffee toaster in lobby.

Stayed here a few times this year. Walkable from terminal 1, 2 and 3. Rooms are really clean, bed is comfy. They could do with re-sealing the shower base it has black bits around the edge. The aircon can only be set between 21 and 24 degrees, and it didn’t seem to work at all in room 247 so it was like sleeping in a sauna. I’ll try the Crown Plaza next time.

Convenient and easy stay in the Jewell Changi SIN

Good place to rest up upon landing! The check in lady was a little surly but everything else was great. It was cool in the morning with the free coffee was the water fall in the Jewel!

1. Bad aircon-had to call everyday to change the aircon temperature! Somehow the aircon temperature keeps changing and we have no control! 2. Non-functional toilet flush! The toilet flush stops working after a few hours, had to call the plumber everyday. 3. No laundry!
