Et hotel med en meget hyggelig og konfirtabel beliggenhed på et torv midt i Chalons centrum. Der ligger flere virkelig gode restauranter lige rundt om hjørnet. Der er en rar og imødekommende stemning og service på hotellet og en god morgenmad efter fransk standard. Der er gode muligheder for at besøge steder med relation til 1. verdenskrig, besøge champagne-gårde i området, vandre i de store skove i området og besøge Reims med den smukke og meget bemærkelsesværdige katedral. Helt sikkert et besøg værd!
