Private: property (fenced), small garden (fenced) with meadow. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking, public parking 40 m. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, railway station "Morbegno" 8.4 km, pebble beach "Colico" 18 km, grass beach "Sorico" 15 km.
