Wir hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp für unsere Reise zurück nach Neapel gebucht. Leider entsprechen folgende Informationen in Expedia nicht den Tatsachen: - Die Rezeption ist nicht 24/7 besetzten. Die „Rezeption“ ist eine Holzhütte und dort ist permanent niemand anzutreffen. Eine Klingel etc. gibt es nicht. Kontaktaufnahme zur Rezeption gestaltet sich sehr schwierig, gerade wenn man noch Fragen hat. Verständigung nur auf Landessprache. - Restaurant: es existiert kein Restaurantbetrieb. - Bar: es existiert kein klassischer BarBetrieb, Getränke könne aus einem Kühlschrank selbst entnommen und auf einer Liste eingetragen werden. Diese Infos über das Procedere gibt es aber erst wenn man sie von irgendjemand erhält. - WLAN: keinerlei Infos (z.B. in Form einer Mappe auf dem Zimmer o.Ä.) - Toilette verstopft: in den ersten sechs Stunden nach Anreise kein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Rezeption (Holzhütte) nicht besetzte, Anrufe werden weggedrückt, emails nicht beantwortet. Fazit: Wo sind wir hier nur hingeraten. Es wirkt wie ein „LostPlace“…dafür aber mit einem stolzen Preis. Kein Restaurant- und BarBetrieb…obwohl damit geworben wird. Es gibt (auf Nachfrage hin) nicht mal Auflagen für die PlastikLiegen im MiniGarten.

Sembrava di essere a casa... Gente tranquilla e cordiali.... La proprietaria molto attenta ai suoi clienti. Noi abbiamo fatto solo pernottamento e colazione.. molto spesso si sentiva un odorino di buona cucina casereccia.. Se nn si è esigenti lo consiglio..benissimo!

Villaggio Hotel a gestione familiare con tutti i pregi e "meno pregi" che questo comporta. Tutto mignon ma in buone condizioni, eccellente la cucina e la disponibilità del personale. Unico neo non vicinissimo al mare e impossibilità di fare passeggiate in sicurezza fuori dal Villaggio a causa della posizione e mancanza di marciapiedi sicuri sulle strade limitrofe. Avevamo soggiornato già 7 anni fa,Posto ottimo per poter visitare la costiera cilentana,la cucina semplice,ma eseguita ottimamente,migliorata molto rispetto al passato,gli arredi della stanza da rivedere ma che ci è stato riferito che a breve verranno cambiati . Da segnalare la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Un consiglio potrebbe essere quello di prevedere una qualche animazione. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Mini villaggio molto carino, accogliente, pulito e ben tenuto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile! Buon cibo....peccato solo un po' lento il servizio! Avevamo il terrore delle zanzare, viste precedenti recensioni negative, invece non ce ne erano affatto!!! Torneremo sicuramente!
