We had other people in the hallway yelling at each other, our room was dirty. Still had tape left on the walls (party, balloons) from a previous customer stay. The hotel is old!

The hotel hallways were dingy looking and in desperate need of a good cleaning and coat of paint. The rooms did look better than the hallways but in all a good scrubbing is needed.

There was no hot water apparently my entire stay and called front desk and they stated, yeah we are sorry, it’s been like this all night. the entire time. So, I was late to work and had to find somewhere to get ready and shower. Requesting a refund as this was super inconvenient. Would have at least or appreciated a phone call or email stating there wasn’t going to be any hot water
