My room was fine-great mattress, towels, cleanliness, etc. The problem was the kids above my room! They were running and jumping untill 10pm. I had to call the main desk to ask if she could quiet them. The kids were quiet for 15 minutes and started up again untill midnight. I had to go up to their room and pound-and I mean pound on their door to ask them to be quiet. Then again at 7:15 am the kids started again with the running, jumping and now yelling. I informed the main desk again. This is not the way go start my business conference!

Outside entrance doors don’t work with the room key. Front desk said they tend to stick when it gets colder outside. Not very convenient to have to walk all the way around the hotel in the snow.
