1st the clerk told me my card didn't go through to pay for my stay which it did...
2nd I was not told that there was NO elevator as I am disabled with a bad heart which is why I am up here to go to cardiac Mercy doctors..
3rd the cards wouldn't open the door at the end of the building, I called the clerk and he told me I'd have to wait cause he was busy. My husband and I walked to the other end of the building to the desk and had him reprogram our cards.
4th I walked down to the desk to get a blanket he gave me a thin cover and told me they were in the wash but I could use a ripped one..
Asked for toilet paper also, only 1 roll in our room. Walked to maid closet and got toilet paper and a blanket that was not ripped..
I am very unhappy with my stay here and we just checked in at 3 pm. We'll see how many other things go wrong before we check out on Monday... I'm guessing a few
I was right...
5th when we returned to the hotel after eating lunch, we were greeted by cards to open the outside door that didn't work for the 3rd time.. I went to the desk to have them programmed after walking the length of the building again with a bad heart. I asked for a bath towel and was told he had none that were clean... While we were gone someone messed with my husband's hearing aids and dropped the battery on the floor and the case was not closed like it was when we left the room..
The Fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, I've never been more disappointed in a motel.
