"What a great location! And the huge Atrium concept is great for all seasons. But this place needs lots of love!! As you approach the entrance doors you see the first signs of lack of adequate maintenance. All of the doors are so worn out, a little paint or just replacing should have happened long ago! The rooms are very clean, but are in desperate need of updating. We stood in line to check in for over 30 minutes. So staffing needs to be adjusted. We looked forward to using the restaurant and bar, but that was closed because the staff person was having a day off. It was a very frustrating 2 day stay!!"
