"Mood Matuna was more than I could have asked for! They presented me with a bottle of champagne upon my arrival for my birthday which happened to be the 492 birthday for Cartagena as well! Sara, Natalia, Dylan, Bralan, & Luis were so accommodating and very sweet, genuine staff that helped me navigate the city. The hotel is perfectly centered by the park & 5 minute walking distances to everywhere you need to go! I will definitely be back! "

"Staff was very friendly, place was extremely clean, the views from the room and the pool were amazing! Only issue we had was the key kept giving out, don’t put your key next to your phone! Or you will find yourself going to the 1st floor to get it recharged!"

"This hotel was excellent! Grounds are clean and nicely decorated, and the room was always kept clean and was very spacious. The service was my favorite part, everyone was so kind and genuinely helpful and it felt like they cared about my stay. That always goes a long way. The pool and rooftops were great amenities. I was a solo female and always felt safe. "
