Just a few minutes from Lake Garda and only 900m from picturesque Caprino, we offer this modern and bright flat under the hill. The location is ideal for exploring the area and visiting the wonders of the lake and the surrounding hills. The large terrace offers an ideal place to relax.
The flat is on the first floor of a house with only a few units, accessible by stairs from the main entrance.
The open plan kitchen has everything you might need: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, kettle, coffee moke, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, dining table, Wifi, air conditioning, and TV. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The beautiful and bright double bedroom with its own air conditioning sleeps a total of 4.
There is a nice shady terrace with a view over the village and a dining table for enjoying the fine weather and eating outside.
There are also two free parking spaces available, one in the underground garage and one in the open-air car park. he centre of Caprino Veronese where you can find shops, restaurants, pizzerias and all kinds of services, the area is quiet and green. Only 10 minutes by car from the motorway exit of Affi, you can reach the centre of Verona in 20 minutes. The wonderful Lake Garda is instead 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus.
