Cool Penthouse in Sea Point

This apartment is actually in the Sea Point area just below the peak of Signal Hill. Short walk down the hill (and Uber back) to grocery, shops, and cafes/restaurants. Roof-top deck and plunge pool are awesome with big views to Green Point, Sea Point, and up Signal Hill. Very secure, modern, and private with 2 garage parking spots. Fridge, laundry (BYO soap), coffee, WiFi, 2 TVs - everything you need!
