Newly built 1 bedroom loft apartment in trendy Sea Point. Ideally positioned in a quiet side street, a short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Sea Point Promenade. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a 500 m2 communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, BBQ facilities and seating areas. There is also a well fitted indoor gym with beautiful mountain views.  This apartment was designed and furnished with a lot of love and has a sunny and airy feel with large sliding glass doors and windows. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and everything you could need. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV with Netflix. The lounge opens onto a spacious balcony with a braai/bbq, table and seating and a sun-blind. The bedroom is upstairs and features an en suite bathroom, aircon, TV/Netflix and a balcony. The whole apartment has amazing views of Cape Town.

Ideal location for key sites

Great property in ideal location for visiting the key sites in Cape Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was well equipped with all we needed. Easy to get to table mountain, robben island, camps bay and the v&a. Sea point was lovely for walking in the beautiful weather we had. We would use the apartment again
