Beautiful lodge with some flaws. Private pool could need a little update, phone in the room didn’t work, service did what they had to do but didn’t go above and beyond for what you would expect at a high price property like this. They asked about food restrictions and allergies like 5 times but then didn’t pass them on to the staff which meant we still got something with garlic for breakfast which was very unfortunate. Concept is good but the level of service and detail is not where it should be compared to other properties this level - but might also be a cultural thing.

Stop looking and reserve

Excellent hotel if you are viewing this property go ahead and reserve. The wines are spectacular the property is breathtaking and the service is superb. The rooms are what a hotel room should be at a top hotel, worth every penny. Most spectacular property, beautiful accommodations with excellent guest amenities. Incredibly helpful staff who made extra efforts to ensure we had the perfect stay. Next time we will return for twice as long, two nights isn’t near enough in this stunning hotel.

Unmatched views and lovely hotel, shame they are ruining some of the vista with new construction. Facilities were good and food excellent value, but the price of the room rate is too high for what they are and the hotel is. At prices above Dubai, London and New York it’s at the wrong point.
