Good location and price. Bathrooms are tired and needs a makeover. Bedding and towels have seen better days. Good place that is poorly managed and maintained

A vey nice apartment close to downtown

This is the first time I rent an apartment and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and had everything. Security was excellent both day and night. Cape Town is a beautiful city. There are many places to visit: Waterfront, Table Mountain, Signal Point, Cape Point, Robben Island....
