Not a Hotel but a private apartment

The owner didn't showed up when I arrived, I waitied 1hr before he came, the room was never cleaned during the 3 days I was there.

Good place to stay in Cape Town

This was not a hotel, but a rental apartment. I was surprised to find out when I received an SMS from the owner to make arrangements to get the key. It was not a big deal for us because it is a nice place to stay. It has parking underground, centrally located and a great market in the ground floor. The market is a combination cafeteria / grocery store with a food bar, pizza, pasta, sushi, soups, salads of all kinds, breads, etc. There is an exercise room in the 4th floor. The building is very well secured.

Não sei quem errou ou faltou com a verdade (proprietário ou hotéis.com) o apartamento não possui ar condicionado no quarto, apenas na sala, o sofá cama é indicado para quem é invertebrado ou mestre em yoga pois a dor nas costas no dia seguinte é ruim!! No banheiro o chuveiro estava com a porta quebrada!! Os lençóis e edredom não pareciam estar limpos e o prioritário ainda errou minha data de saída, entrando no apartamento sem Minha autorização e me assustando ao mandar mensagem que o checkout era as 10h30 e estava com minha família curtindo as férias! a vizinhança é estranha com muitos moradores de rua!! De bom tem estacionamento grátis, próximo de waterfront - 5 minutos de carro - lavadora e secadora e produtos como sabonete líquido, sabão para lavar roupas e gelo filtrado no freezer. Não ficaria novamente!!!
