Very relaxing stay…just what was needed

House was perfect. Took full advantage of opening up the sliding windows, pool, the view, and the overall peacefulness. House was well equipped and we were 15/20 minutes away from everything.

Our Go to Spot

This is our 3rd or 4th time at this property and it feels like home minus the stress and maintenance. We love this property and area. House has lots of amenities and the pool is refreshing and relaxing

Fabulous vacation at Villa Surfside! (Cape Coral, FL)

My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Surfside! We LOVED the spacious and luxurious style of the house. So clean and elegant! There are so many comfy areas to lounge, inside and out. We loved the living room layout. The TV was massive. The leather furniture (w/recliners for all) was so nice. The master bedroom has awesome features, and the king bed was very comfy. The other bedrooms were nice as well. One is without a TV, but having an outdoor TV in the pool are makes up for that. ;-) Speaking of outside, the screened-in patio & pool area (with ceiling fans and electric sunshades) was amazing. The pool was clean, warm and wonderful. The canal dock area was super as well. I fished while wife & daughter sunbathed. Communication could have been better. We left a VM on our first night with Mellisa (property mgr.) but didn't hear from her the entire week. The pool guy helped with some of our questions. We would love to stay there again if fate allows.

Lovely home with fabulous pool

We enjoyed this spacious lovely home. It is completely well-equipped. The heated pool and spa were lovely. Just consider that they will require you to pay the electricity costs. The evening sunset views are fantastic. We had some issues during our stay in that the cable box, pool pump, dishwasher and one of the bed frames all broke down at separate times. but the property manager and owner were great about arranging for repairs.

Perfect Paradise!

This place is AMAZING! If you’re looking for a great location to unplug, relax and recharge… this is definitely it. This house boasts an Outstanding Master Suite, Great Kitchen, Peaceful Pool Area, and Huge Big Screen TV! Cape Christian is a Fantastic Worship Experience just 3.5 miles away! Check this place out… it’s sure to exceed all of your expectations!!

Relaxing week

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The outdoor living area is perfect and very relaxing with mangrove behind the canal. The house was emaculate and so inviting. Exactly what we were looking for to get away from our busy lives. There were great restaurants not far from the house, but we found it hard to leave the pool and patio area every evening. This was definitely one of our most relaxing vacations.

Perfect getaway

We have been traveling to Cape Coral for several years now, and always enjoy driving Surfside Blvd looking at the beautiful homes.This trip we where lucky enough to stay in one of them. It was beautiful the house is gorgeous the location is perfect on the canal with the mangrove on the other side. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and Melissa was always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful as with any home always a few quirks, it takes a little practice getting used to the upgraded electronics be patient and you’ll figure everything out. Thanks to Delia and Melissa for everything.

May vacation

This home is lovely! Spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped. We spent most of our time in the pool area relaxing on the furniture, swimming, having a drink at the bar and eating. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Took several excursions to Pine Island, a short trip, for some amazing seafood. Definitely a place to return to again!

Our Escape to the Cape..

My husband and I love coming to Fl to visit family, but its been a few years. This home sits in such a beautiful location. The sunsets are amazing, walking and biking is right out the front door. Beautiful getaway

Wonderful, high tech property. Enjoyed it immensely. The spa/hot tub worked perfectly. The pool was not heated. The pool heater is outdated and needs upgraded. The pool guy was out to service the pool while we were there. He tried to get it heated and had no luck. Otherwise the property was flawless. Thank you.

Awesome Experience

1st VRBO house rental! Beautiful House and Property; Loved our vacation and would stay again. Only thing I wish it had was instruction manual for all the Remotes and goodies the house has to offer. Took a day to figure it out but all was good. Hated to Leave and can’t wait to be back in Florida again.

Beautiful property

We went down to get away for a week and really enjoyed this place. The house is beautiful with a lot of space. The pool was acting up when we got there but Melissa made sure to get someone out to look at it as soon as possible. We were only without the pool and spa for one day on our stay. The only draw back is there is a lot of technology in the house. the owners have not left directions yet so I had to figure a lot of things out on my own, such as the pool remote, and the main tv in the living room. The rest of the technology I really just left. It was a great stay and we would return.

A little piece of heaven

This beautiful home is everything and more. Huge and clean home. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area alone keeps you busy. Beautiful sunset views. Management is excellent, friendly and fast to answer any questions you may have. We are sad to leave such a amazing place
