Welcome to the Luxe Nest! Enjoy the wonderful Canyon Lake area in this bright & spacious vacation rental with 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. This retreat is tastefully decorated with , comfy king beds, soft luxurious linens & bedding, while surrounded by magnificent views! Relax with friends & family in the well stocked kitchen for entertaining. You’ll have the comfort of a home close to the best recreational spots in the area, just minutes from the lake, grocery store, & restaurants.

- Sleeps 8
- 4 bedrooms, all with king size beds
- 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath (Master bedroom has full on-suite bathroom, 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway near the 3 other bedrooms and half bath is near the kitchen area)
- Full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher!
- Washer/Dryer available (we don't provide laundry detergent, please BYO)
- 5 Smart TV's: one in each bedroom and one in the living room
- Indoor Fireplace is Electric
- Gas BBQ Grill
- Hot tub available!

Note: There are a lot of exterior stairs that lead up to the front door. Once inside you have additional stairs. Please be cautious.

PLEASE READ - There is a burn ban notice due to severe fire hazard & red flag warnings for the Hill Country. We are currently not allowing guests to use the outdoor wood burning fire-pits. BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 7/24/2023. This is for Gillespie, Kendall, Blanco, Llano and Comal Counties. NO OPEN FIRES and NO SMOKING. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool off. We will take care of disposing of them properly. Please read the listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill provided, if applicable. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you!
