Easy to find and right off the interstate. Very clean and new hotel. Bed was a little stiff with really soft pillows. Shower pressure wasn’t the best, but huge and clean bathroom. I would stay here again.

The checkin staff was very curt and dismissive. The check out staff was very polite. I have never had a room where I could hear the people stomping around. It was after midnight and I thought it was coming from upstairs but it could have been next door. Was surprised with the "incidental fee" and was told that it would be deducted at check out . Has not gone thru yet. I cancelled two of the days from the original reservation because of the increasing bad weather. They originally charged me for just the one day but the checkin people said that they had to charge me for the other two nights anyway and that I had to take it up with the original booking company. Hotels.com ssaid they could not do it and Expedia said that it was Hotels problem. I opened an inquiry with the credit card company.

Room was quite and clean. Staff was great. Went above and beyond. When we accidentally dropped our credentials for our Art Show for the next day, in the parking lot, the young man on the night desk tracked us to our room to return them. We would have been in trouble without them.

Didn’t take the time to eat breakfast. There was an issue with keys when we first arrived, but the staff were being patient with some other guests who were pretty demanding. They were more than courteous and explained what was going on, we appreciated them.
