Recently renovated and fully air-conditioned, it offers a modern and comfortable setting, enhanced by a pleasant south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the Cannes sunshine.
Upon entering, you access a spacious kitchen, a pleasant living-dining room, and a terrace. The apartment has a first double bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and separate toilets. A second bedroom, adaptable to your needs, offers two single beds or a 180 cm double bed and also benefits from ample storage space.
Parking is made easier thanks to the numerous available spaces in the surrounding streets, and the Lamy public parking lot is located just a 5-minute walk away.
