The condo was easy to access off the highway. It was within walking distance to trails, downtown, and restaurants. The condo was clean and roomy for 1-2 people. I was unable to access the garage upon arriving. The code had been changed. I contacted the owner of the condo and she responded right away. She was able to find out the right code and share it with me. The kitchen was equipped with the basics which is all that was needed for this stay. The bed was comfortable.The only downside that I experienced was the highway noise if the window or patio door was open or I was sitting on the deck. No sound at all from the highway when the window and patio door was closed.

This was the first time for us for Vrbo. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were dirty and gritty. We had to wear shoes cause you could feel the dirt on our feet. The bathroom smelled of old pee. There was no extra roll of toilet paper available. We had to use Kleenex. We had difficulty with the TVs. I messaged the owner and the owner said they were not available and that we would have to use the TV that was working. They had mentioned that if there was any issues they would be next-door to the unit we were in. We were never asked how things were going for us. They knew this was the first time we had used a VRBO. We finally managed to figure out how to operate the TV. There was a manual in the room that was not updated whatsoever. The stove, top and windows to the balcony were dirty. The balcony had never been swept.. the whole unit really needed upkeep. The bedroom was pretty good. The mattress and bedding were in good shape as well as the towels. Overall, we would never stay there again and the owner was informed about the difficulties we had and also told that we would never stay there again. Response was that cleaners would be informed of deficiencies. Overall, this has left a bad taste for a first time experience. The resort itself was actually quite nice. It had a nice pool and hot tub. The hallways had been recently renovated and looked quite good.

The pictures don't do it justice. The view from the balcony is outstanding and the lication is perfect. The only concrrn is the garage door pad doesnt always work. But we met a nighbor who came to our aid.we would absolutely stay here again. The bed IS comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed.

This is a very busy resort currently under renovations. The parking garage is a nightmare with tiny stalls and not well marked. Overall the “resort” is pretty cheaply built (thin walls, tiny slow elevators. The pool area would be fun for kids. The gym is tiny with 1 bike and 1 elliptical plus some dumbbells. No windows in the gym. Our unit was not well cleaned (lots of dust, felt “lived in” but nice view and kitchen well stocked. The resort is walking distance to everything : shopping, restaurants, cafes. The Grande restaurant onsite is very good - not the greatest service but food very good. Not sure I would stay here again but was great for 1 night.

Great location, nice unit.

We were overall happy with this unit. We had a great view and enjoyed our stay. It was a warm weekend and unfortunately it was near impossible to keep the suite cooled, even with the heat off and windows open. Bed comforter was way too warm too. Other than that it was very nice. Even provided a park pass to use which saves a lot of money if going out of Canmore. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with host who was very accommodating. The location is within easy walking distance to downtown. The hot tub was a nice touch but was overrun with children during our weekend stay. All in all, we would not hesitate to book it again next time we visit Canmore.

Great location. You can walk to many restaurants or downtown on foot. That was convenient as my wife did not skied with us. Our friends encouraged us to stay there because they decided to do so due to great slides and pools for children.We stayed in this area before. Manager was easy to reach and responsive. Allowed us to check in about 45 min before scheduled time.Condo was a bit outdated needs some paint, better cleaning job and more attention to details (eg. No shampoo, no USB charging outlets, etc.).

Great Staff and Location

Chose to stay in Canmore for a more laid back vibe vs Banff. Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Our unit was well appointed, the outdoor grill and laundry in the unit were big pluses. Kitchen had everything we needed. Not really meant as criticism, but just the reality, our unit was maybe 200 meters from Hwy 1A through the trees, so traffic noise made using the balcony a bit competitive traffic vs conversation . Also, on Labor Day at between 5:30-6PM the lawn service came to cut the grass on riding mower. We fled back inside
