It features landscaped areas, a large beach-style pool (monitored by a lifeguard) and a sunbathing area, a children's pool and playground, a gym, a spa with a sauna, paddle courts, and sports areas.



The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which have access to a large terrace with mountain views. It also has a living room with large windows that open onto the terrace with sea views. Both terraces are the perfect place to enjoy with family or friends.
