The staff here is what makes TTR so amazing. A special thanks to our awesome butlers Alex and Nacho for their exceptional service, and Jose and Jerry at the lobby bar for keeping the drinks flowing every night. Very respinsive staff. Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.
