This place is a scam - fraudulent advertising for their so called 2 bedroom family suite - which all the employees call a suite at the hotel, including multiple managers. Its 2 basic connecting hotel rooms?? Never stay here. The service is poor, the rooms and water smell, the food is average. Great property, excellent staff, great location, great food. I hate Vacation planning calling on selling memberships…. They harass me all my stay offering $25k memberships. Transportation planners stink. I lost my transfer to the airport and no one was willing to help.

El personal del hotel, amenidades, instalaciones, comida, restaurante son excelentes. Aléjate de los vacation planers, terrible servicio de coordinación de transportación, solo enfocados en vender tours y no te asisten. Nunca contestan el teléfono, intenté desde una semana antes y fue pérdida de tiempo. Despreocúpados por la atención al cliente y groseros. Los vendedores de tiempo compartido nos muy empalagosos, te llaman a toda hora. Increíble que HRH tenga vendedores ambulantes hostigando a los huéspedes.

Room was in great condition, Staff was super friendly and helpful, swim up bar could’ve had some more seating but other than that was great. The balcony had a great view with good space.
