The staff is absolutely amazing. They honoring their way, everyday, to give you the best possible vacation. The food was excellent and there were servers on the beach as well. We loved the buffet, the restaurants, and the beach treats like hamburgers, fries, spring rolls and Casaer salad without even leaving out beach chairs! The rooms are all so clean, and spacious. The only bad is that the details listed about this property stated that transfers to/from the airport were included. They weren't. They told me that that is a perk only for those who booked their stay through their site. However, that was minor. The place is stunning. Immaculate. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We loved our room and our ocean view. We snorkeled right there at the hotel beach. It wasn't the best snorkeling, but what do you expect from being at the shore. It was still fun. The water was warm and clear. The pool was fantastic. The pool waiters were on it, very attentive. The restaurants were great although some were a bit too high-brow for me. Others might love that though. I wanted some good ole Mexican food, like we get in San Diego. Instead their only Mexican food restaurant was super fancy with stuff like Mole sauce enchiladas. Not really my bag. Would I stay here again? Yes, in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here years past and the hotel has aged but continues to be top notch with service. To be fair the room we were given was not one of the Fiesta Rewards rooms (this is this brands term for their hotel club rewards program) so other rooms are more well maintained/updated i would imagine. Our experience was enhanced by the service of especially Wilbur and José in the buffet restaurant and Ivan at the pool!

Our stay met all of our expectations and then some. Bathrooms were a little dated but we didn’t mind. Rooms were clean with amazing views and housekeeping went above and beyond keeping our room clean and always stocked with supplies several times a day. A+++. The food was wonderful at every place we sat down to eat! I believe the customer service from every single staff member working at the resort was simply amazing. From guest services, servers, pool staff, cabana staff and housekeeping. I have never felt this at a resort anywhere in all of our travels. Every staff member genuinely made us feel like they were there solely to make sure we had an amazing stay.AA+++. Well done. We will recommend to everyone and will definitely return in the future.

The facilities are sparkling clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Lots of dining choices and activities during day and at night. This was my second stay. The first I went with family this time girls trip. Both were perfect. Spa is amazing.

The room was very clean and had a great view. The sales pitch for the vacation club is a straight up scam. We did the pitch and got the upgraded bracelet for exclusive beach access and premium drinks, very nice to have. The drinks were sooo much better. Not even close. The loungers at the beach and wait staff was really great. You can only get premium drinks from the staff and bar at the exclusive end. The premium bar is upstairs and is not the bar located right on the beach behind the exclusive zone loungers. Found that out about half way through the first day.
